Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to conduct network meetings, including sending out invitations and e-mails with information about registration deadlines, the program of the meeting, news and making lists of participants.
The legal basis for processing the personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Categories of data
The Danish Immigration Service normally only processes data about the members’ name, place of work, job title and contact information.
Recipients or categories of recipients
The Danish Immigration Service may disclose your information in the form of a list of participant to other members of the network, keynote speakers and co-organizers in order to make preparations for the event, networking etc. Beyond this, your information is not disclosed.
Storage of your data
The Danish Immigration Service will process your personal data as long as you wish to be a part of the network. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and your information will be erased. Your request will be processed within 7 days and no later than 1 month after submitting the request.
