This thematic COI report builds on and updates selected aspects of the Danish Immigration Service’s (DIS) report Iran: Return following Sur Place Activities 2025. The report at hand focuses on the impact of circumstances and activities occurring after an Iranian citizen has left Iran, which may include repercussions upon return to Iran as of January 2026.
