Prevention and Counselling
Prevention and Counselling is a unit under CDE, whose main task is to assist the prevention efforts of municipalities and other public and private institutions across Denmark.
The unit:
- Gathers knowledge on extremism
- Develops tools for prevention
- Offers counselling to assist municipalities and other actors in handling local challenges and developing preventive action plans
- Organises training courses on extremism and prevention.

Intelligence and Analysis
The unit has the mandate to investigate whether foreign individuals and organizations meet the conditions for being admitted to two sanction lists.

The purpose of this unit is to assist the immigration authorities by collecting country of origin information through fact-finding missions and desk study.
