Intelligence and Analysis
The Intelligence and Analysis unit under CDE has the mandate to investigate whether foreign individuals and organisations meet the conditions for being admitted to two sanction lists.
The two sanction lists are:
The National Sanction List of Religious Preachers with Entry Ban (read more at newtodenmark.dk)
The National Prohibition List of Undesirable Funding
In addition to tasks related to the sanction lists, the unit also assists in collecting information in asylum cases. The employees of the Centre are not involved in the ruling of cases.

Prevention and Counselling
The unit supports the Danish municipalities and other public and private entities in the prevention of extremism.
Country of Origin Information
The purpose of this unit is to assist the immigration authorities by collecting country of origin information through fact-finding missions and desk studies.
